This is a complete updating and revision of the book I printed in 1981. This time it has been done in hardbound or CD version. I
The CD has many original newspaper articles, census records, wills, marriage licenses, Revolutionary War and Civil War papers etc. The CD also has a live video showing the battle ground (Now a National Park) where Peter Allumbaugh fought in the very first battle of the Revolutionary War. You will be able to do a Click Here and view them. Thus the CD is much larger than the hardbound book, which is 1,450 pages and over 1,000 photos.
This is an incredible family history as many have helped with it. We have grown into what years ago would have been a large "Tribe" or "Clan". Our name is so unique it that it enables us to not get lost from each other whereas most families have a hard time finding each other as the years go by and they move on to different areas. This book will definitely tell you about the Allumbaughs.
